- Records and documents you provide to us in order for us to perform contracted services

How we use it

Where you submit an enquiry, we process your information on the basis of your request to be contacted. Each provider is bound by confidentiality obligations and may use the information only for the purpose we engaged them for.
Data retention
We keep client records for as long as the engagement continues and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax and professional record-keeping rules. Enquiry information from people who do not become clients is deleted once it is no longer needed to respond to the enquiry.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted transmission, access controls and a secure document portal for client files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send account numbers, tax identification numbers or similar sensitive details through the website contact form.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion where we are not required to retain it, object to certain processing, or request a copy of your information in a portable format.
